Dumplings(Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. enriched flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; add milk and oil to make a soft dough. Drop soft dough by tablespoon in hot gravy.
    Cover with lid and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Do not remove lid until cooking time is up.
    Self-rising flour may be used, omitting salt and baking powder.
    These are light and fluffy.
