Lemon And Cheese Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. lemon Jell-O or 1 large
    1 small pkg. miniature marshmallows
    3 whole eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    3 3/4 c. hot water
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple (crushed)
    1 carton Cool Whip
    grated American cheese
Preparation
    Stir water, Jell-O and marshmallows together until melted; cool.
    In saucepan, combine eggs, vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Cook over medium heat until thick; cool and mix with first mixture. Add crushed pineapple.
    Fold in Cool Whip; add grated American cheese over top.
    Refrigerate until firm.
