Gram'S Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 qt. chopped strawberries
1/2 c. water
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Boil 1 cup strawberries, water, sugar and cornstarch until thickened.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Fill crust with remaining 1 1/2 quarts of strawberries.
Top with whipped cream.
