Beef Salami - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean hamburger
1 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
Preparation

Mix together in a bowl, all ingredients.
Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
Mix again; divide into 4 portions and roll each in Saran Wrap.
Refrigerate
24 hours more.
Unwrap and place on a rack so it will drip.
(Put aluminum wrap in bottom of oven.)
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until turns red.
