Caraway Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with electric mixer.
    Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
    Serve with wheat or rye crackers.
    Yields 2 cups. Contains 65 calories per tablespoon.
