Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 medium potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. sweet milk

Preparation

Boil
potatoes\twith
jackets
on.
Put in refrigerator until cool.
Peel.
Grate and add other ingredients.
Put into baking dish
and
bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted.
