Honey Orange Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. frozen baby whole carrots
    3 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. fresh, chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine carrots, orange juice, honey, margarine and nutmeg. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Uncover and cook 5 to 10 minutes, until carrots are cooked and mixture has thickened.
    Stir in parsley and serve.
