Hillbilli Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat (optional 1/2 lb. hamburger meat and 1/2 lb. cubed stew beef, 1/2-inch cubes)
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large onion, chopped (optional 1 large green pepper, chopped)
    1 c. mushrooms, chopped
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can light red kidney beans
    1 (16 oz.) can dark red kidney beans
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans
    6 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. herb seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. French's mustard
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce (any style)
    1/2 tsp. Texas Pete
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown the hamburger and sausage in a skillet; drain grease. Brown onion, mushrooms and green pepper in butter.
    Put all the ingredients into a large crock-pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, on high for 3 to 4 hours.
    Low is best!
    Stir every hour. Serve and enjoy!
