Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed pork
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. plain meal
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. green pepper strips
    salt
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, egg and meal.
    Roll pork in mixture.
    Fry until brown, 15 minutes or so and set aside.
    Drain pineapple, saving liquid.
    Combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
    Add pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce and salt.
    Stir and cook over low heat until thick and clear.
    Add pork, pineapple and pepper.
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
