Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    2 firm, ripe tomatoes, diced
    1 c. Colby cheese, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    mayonnaise (enough to hold it all together)
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower into small flowerets.
    Mix all together.
    Will keep 3 to 4 days in refrigerator.
