Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, soften to room temperature
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 (8 or 9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 baked graham cracker pie shell
Preparation

Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter with a fork.
Add the Cool Whip gradually, about 2 or 3 heaping tablespoons at a time.
Put into baked pie shell and put in freezer for several hours.
Once cut, refrigerate.
