Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut, uncooked corn
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs plus 1 extra white of egg
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. cream
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped fine
    pinch of cayenne
Preparation
    Toss corn and cheese in bowl.
    Separate eggs and set whites aside.
    Whisk together yolks, butter, cream, sugar, salt, pepper and cayenne.
    Stir in jalapenos.
    Pour over corn and cheese, blending well.
    Whisk egg whites to form soft peaks.
    Fold into corn mixture.
    Transfer to buttered baking dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until surface is brown and center is set.
    Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
