Coconut Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
French vanilla instant pudding
1 can coconut milk (found in the liquor mixes)
flaked coconut

Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to directions, 3 egg recipe, plus add pudding.
Bake according to box.
Poke holes in warm cake; pour coconut milk over cake.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Serves 12. Very easy and good.
