N.Y. Style Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cream cheese (three 8 oz. pkg.)
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 pkg. graham crackers (1/3 box)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine, soft
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and cream cheese until smooth; don't overbeat. Add eggs and vanilla.
    Blend until smooth. Don't overbeat.
    Fold in sour cream. Set aside.
