Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Quarter potatoes.
    Combine the dry ingredients in a plastic bag.
    Shake potatoes in mixture.
    Put on a baking sheet and drizzle with melted margarine.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning halfway through.
