Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. American cheese
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
drop or two of hot sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
paprika

Preparation

Work into a soft ball.
Roll in paprika and finely chopped pecans.
