Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes Rice-A-Roni (chicken broccoli)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion, chopped
2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 large jar pimento
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook chicken and shred. Cook Rice-A-Roni per package directions. Add onion to rice while browning. Mix chicken, soups, pimento and cooked Rice-A-Roni. Mix well. Pour in 9 x 13 baking dish. Cook at 350\u00b0 after topping with cheese and Ritz crackers. Cook until cheese bubbles.
