Pork Tenderloin With Mushroom - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. whole pork tenderloin
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    3 Tbsp. skim milk
    2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
    dash of ground nutmeg
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork.
    Cut pork crosswise into 4 slices.
    Place each slice between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Using the flat side of a meat mallet, pound lightly to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Spray a cold medium skillet with nonstick coating. Preheat skillet.
