Stuffed Pepper For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large green peppers
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    cheese (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    pepper
Preparation
    Cut off top of peppers and clean out seeds.
    Cook in boiling water to cover, 5 minutes.
    Cook celery and onion in a little oil until tender.
    Brown ground beef.
    Add all ingredients together. Stuff the peppers with mixture.
    Place in baking pan.
    Cover and bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
