Saganaki(Flaming Greek Cheese) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 slices (1/2-inch thick) Fontinella or Casseti cheese
1 beaten egg
m.s.g.
salt
pepper
flour
1 oz. brandy
Preparation

Dip cheese slices into beaten egg to coat, then into flour seasoned with salt, pepper and m.s.g. to taste.
Coat skillet with olive oil and heat medium.
Place floured cheese in skillet; brown well on both sides.
Remove to heated platter.
Pour brandy that has been warmed over cheese and ignite.
Let flame a few seconds, then squeeze lemon juice over to extinguish.
Spread on small slices of Italian bread, sliced thin.
