Pumpkin Ice Cream Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    3 eggs
    1 qt. butter pecan ice cream
    1 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and salt.
    Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes until pale yellow.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Stir in pumpkin.
    Fold in dry ingredients.
    Line a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with greased and floured wax paper.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
