Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced, unpeeled zucchini
    3/4 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine
    2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Boil zucchini until tender.
    Saute carrots and onions in 1/2 stick margarine.
    Add 1/2 cup croutons, sour cream and soup.
    Add squash.
    Saute rest of croutons in 1/2 stick margarine.
    Top mixture with croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 40 minutes.
