Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
16 oz. regular canned corn
16 oz. cream-style canned corn
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/8 c. scalded milk
3 Tbsp. melted butter
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Pudding should be golden brown on top.
If not, adjust dish in oven.
It could take up to 1 1/2 hours.
