Vegetarian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    4 diced carrots
    1 small can whole kernel corn
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 (32 oz.) can chili beans with hot sauce
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can kidney beans and/or black beans, drained and rinsed
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add carrots, green peppers and then all other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
    Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes to blend flavors.
    Try this; low-fat and very good.
