Our Favorite Almost Sugar-Free Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. fructose or 1 c. sugar
    1 large egg
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. Rice Krispies
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 c. chopped dates or apples
    1/2 c. unsweetened coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg and mix together well.
    Add dry ingredients and blend well.
    Stir in nuts, dates and coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased or sprayed cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
