Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 eggs
1 c. corn
1/2 c. oil
3 tsp. baking powder
3 or 4 pods hot pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheese
1 small onion, grated
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bake in a greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
