No-Knead Batter Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl; add oil, egg, milk, sugar and flour.
    Mix well; spoon into greased muffin pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 until good and brown, about 30 minutes.
