Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift sugar, salt and baking powder with flour in bowl.
    Add potatoes, shortening and milk.
    Make a soft dough.
    Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until firm.
