Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
2 c. grated, peeled zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat eggs until foamy.
If the zucchini is large, remove the seeds before grating.
Then add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla to the eggs.
Mix lightly, but well.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour into 2 greased and wax paper lined loaf pans.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
