Butterscotch Banana Bread - cooking recipe

3 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
2 c. ripe mashed bananas
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
2 2/3 c. chopped nuts
2 c. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Set aside.
In large bowl, combine bananas, sugar, eggs and butter.
Beat until creamy.
Gradually add flour mixture alternately with milk; mix until well blended.
Stir in 2 cups chopped nuts and butterscotch flavored morsels.
Pour batter equally into 2 well-greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Sprinkle tops equally with remaining 2/3 cup chopped nuts.
