Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 egg
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; stir well.
    Beat egg and add yeast mixture, sugar, oleo and flour.
    Mix well.
    Use immediately or refrigerate in airtight container.
    Will keep for up to 2 weeks.
    Spoon batter in well greased muffin tin.
    Fill 1/2 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
