Broccoli-Rice Melange - cooking recipe

3 c. cooked rice
1 egg
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli or equivalent amount fresh broccoli, heated and drained
1 c. milk
??? c. shredded, sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine cooked rice and broccoli.
Mix egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and milk.
Stir into the rice-broccoli mixture.
Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
Top with melted butter and shredded cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
