Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    5 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans
    3 1/2 oz. flake coconut
Preparation
    Mix margarine, Crisco, sugar and egg yolks; beat until fluffy. Add flour, soda and buttermilk alternately.
    Add coconut, pecans and vanilla.
    Beat egg whites until fluffy.
    Fold into mixture. Pour into three 8-inch greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
