Mini Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 English muffin per serving
1 jar pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
other pizza toppings (optional)

Preparation

Split English muffins.
Spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on half of muffin.
Top with cheese and whatever other toppings you choose.
Put muffins on a cookie sheet covered with foil.
Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for a few minutes until cheese is hot and bubbles.
