Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or oleo
    6 eggs (room temperature)
    1 tsp. vanilla (use lemon or orange if desired)
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt and soda.
    Cream butter and sugar until light.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream, beating until smooth. Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Let stand on cooling rack for 5 to 10 minutes; turn out of pan to cool.
