Hot Spiced Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    3 lemon slices
    2 cinnamon sticks
    2 c. cranberry juice
    2 c. frozen lemonade
    1 qt. red wine
    1 qt. ale
    1 qt. 7-Up
Preparation
    Boil first 4 ingredients in small saucepan for 5 minutes. Strain syrup into a small bowl.
    Combine the remaining ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a simmer.
    Remove from heat. Stir in syrup; pour in punch bowl and garnish with slices of oranges and lemons, melon balls and strawberries.
    Serve in mugs with a cinnamon stick.
