Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white vinegar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. mixed pickling spices
6 hard-cooked eggs
Preparation

Combine vinegar, water and spices in saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour over eggs. Cool; place in jar and refrigerate. Ready to eat the second day.
