Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 extra large head fresh romaine
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 anchovy fillets
    2 egg yolks
    2 generous shakes Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. Dijon prepared mustard
    hot sauce (couple shakes)
    juice of 2 fresh lemons
    3 Tbsp. finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
    6 slices white or French bread
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    chopped fresh garlic
    1 can red kidney beans
    1/4 Spanish onion, minced
    2 stalks celery, minced
    1/2 jar Howard's sweet pepper relish, drained
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    pinch of garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Rinse and drain the beans.
    Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve chilled with crackers.
