Old Time Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 rounded Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream soft butter with sugar.
    Add eggs and flour; beat well. Stir
    in buttermilk and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg on top of pie.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool before serving.
    Time of preparation: 40 to 50 minutes.
