Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. round steak
    3/4 lb. veal
    2 Tbsp. special oil
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Have all visible fat trimmed from beef and veal, then have it ground once or do it yourself.
    Mix the meat with all remaining ingredients.
    Shape into a loaf and place in a lightly oiled baking pan.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
    Serves 6.
