Congo Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2/3 c. butter, melted
 
1 box dark brown sugar
3 eggs
2 3/4 c. plain flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
- 
                            Pour melted butter over brown sugar.
 
Mix eggs.
Add dry ingredients which have been sifted together.
Add vanilla; mix in nuts and chips.
Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
