Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the water and cocoa. Bring to a boil; remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients; beat with mixer until all lumps are out and it is a smooth batter. Pour into a greased cookie sheet pan (17 1/4 x 11 1/4 x 1-inch). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
