Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. apricot jello
    2 c. hot water
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 to 4 bananas, sliced
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Add marshmallows, pineapple, bananas and nuts and let congeal until firm. Combine sugar and cream cheese, beating until smooth.
    Add Cool Whip.
    Spread on top of jello mixture.
    Top with coconut and chopped nuts, if desired.
