Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fillet of beef strips
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. ketchup
    dash of nutmeg
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 c. cultured sour cream
Preparation
    Saute beef in little oil until brown, for 5 minutes.
    Add onion soup mix, ketchup and salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
    Add nutmeg, white wine and sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles with hard rolls and salad.
