Creole Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. franks
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can tomatoes, drained
    1 can tomato soup
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut franks in thin round or long slices. Brown franks, onion and green pepper in skillet with margarine on medium-high heat. Add tomatoes, soup and seasonings; cover. Bring to steaming over high heat; then turn to low for 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
