Greek Country Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano or 1/4 tsp. dried leaf oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Prepare Oil and Vinegar Dressing.
Tear curly endive and romaine lettuce into bite-size pieces.
Place on a large salad bowl.
Add cucumber, tomatoes, olives and onions.
Pour Oil and Vinegar Dressing over salad.
Toss lightly.
Top with cheese. Makes 6 servings.
