Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. hot red pepper
    2 tsp. onion powder
    5 lb. hamburger or venison
    4 Tbsp. Morton tender quick (1/4 c.)
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed.
    2 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. hickory smoke salt
Preparation
    Mix well and cover ingredients.
    Store in refrigerator. Knead once a day for three days. On the forth day make 3 rolls 2 1/2 x 6 inches. Bake at 150\u00b0 for 10 hours on broiler pan or oven racks.
