Pennsylvania Milk Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sherbet
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 c. orange juice
1 qt. milk
3 c. pineapple juice
3 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Preparation

Soften ice cream and sherbet.
Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl.
Serve immediately.
An ice ring of equal parts pineapple and orange juice and water may be used if desired. Flavor of sherbet determines color of punch.
Serves 20 (4 quarts).
