Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can red or pink salmon
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones and flake the salmon.
    Add soft bread crumbs, onion and salt.
    Beat eggs and milk together; add to other ingredients.
    After mixing well, put in small loaf pan (about 8 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) or bake dish sprayed with Pam.
    Set in shallow pan of hot water.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
    Serve with white sauce.
