Salmon Croquettes For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. melted oleo
    few drops Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
    4 Tbsp. melted oleo
Preparation
    The day before serving, drain and remove bones from salmon. Break salmon into small pieces with a fork.
    Add salt, lemon juice, egg, 1 tablespoon melted oleo and Worcestershire sauce; mix thoroughly.
    Shape into 4 patties, wrap in plastic wrap or aluminum foil, place in the refrigerator overnight.
    The next day crush enough cornflakes to make a cup of fine crumbs.
    Roll patties in cornflake crumbs and saute in melted oleo until brown on both sides.
    Drain on paper towels.
